Jill

Jill is our chief bean counter, our go to person for technology, and is responsible for keeping us all organized. She has a keen eye for detail which makes her a great choice to lead our quality control team. And to think she started with Von's over 26 years ago without a computer or her own phone! Jill is the most creative person I know and the most energetic. An artist, an award winning photographer, volunteer and mother of three, she lives every day to the fullest!!!!

Bob

Bob is an experienced jeweler and watchmaker of over 30 years. His career at Von's spans a quarter century yet he is so young! If you want to see patience in action, watch Bob assemble 220 parts into a Rolex watch! Whether your everyday watch needs attention or your treasured family heirloom timepiece needs to be restored, Bob is your man! Bob is an avid race fan so if you stop in and he is out he is probably at the races!

Ric

Ric has over 33 years experience in the Art of Goldsmith and diamond setting. If you have jewelry that needs repair or a desire for a one of a kind , Ric is at your service.  Taking great pride in one's work is a hallmark of a true professional.  Ric treats each piece of jewelry as if it were his own.  When Ric is away he is usually far away as he loves to travel.

Kim

Family heirloom jewelry is Kim’s specialty. He can help you design a “one of a kind” piece or restore your most treasured jewelry. You won’t meet a friendlier, more honest, helpful jeweler than Kim. When Kim is not working with gold and gemstones is attending to the civic affairs of the Village of Elida as their council president. Giving back to the community!

Stephanie

Although only twenty-something, Stephanie has a lifetime of experience in fine jewelry. She is the first of the 3rd generation to join the firm. You will meet few people as sincere and personable as Stephanie. If you need help deciding which new piece of jewelry to add to your collection, just ask Stephanie - she is our fashion expert!

Janice

Janice has never met a stranger. In the ten short years at Von’s, she has a long list of clients that depend on her for their fine jewelry. If you enjoy a contagious laugh and like to have fun while you shop, call Janice. She has great advice on just how to present that special diamond ring!!

Renee

Rain, snow or sunshine Renee never has a bad day. She can always find the bright spot in any given moment Usually with a touch of humor. Renee is new to the Jewelry industry but she has caught on quick. She will introduce you to the “coolest” designs in the store.

Emily

Amazing! Emily is a full time college student while still an involved Senior in high school!! Where does she get the energy? Emily will greet you with a beautiful smile and help you select Your next bead for your Pandora bracelet.

Rachael

Rachael has a smile that can brighten anyone’s day. She is one of our Pandora experts ready to help you select your next bead or one for a gift. Drop by and ask Rachael to show you all the new introductions in Pandora Jewelry!

Mikie

Mikie’s enthusiasm is contagious! You may come in for one Pandora bead but will leave with two once Mikie shows you what’s new! I don’t know where she gets her energy with two toddlers at home!

Nicole

Nicole is our international member of the Von’s Team. If you listen closely you will hear a little Canadian accent. Nicole is one of our Pandora Jewelry experts ready to help you start a bracelet or assist you with your next bead selection . When she is not cheering on Pandora Jewelry she is side court or on the field cheering on to victory the LCC Thunderbirds!

Kris

You will enjoy Kris’s friendly voice and helpful attitude as she answers your phone call. Kris is detail orientated, solution focused and a “get it done” person. She is a dream come true addition to the Von’s Team. Kris is an active mother of two teenagers who love their sports.
