Von’s Diamonds and Jewelry has been a part of the Lima Community since 1963. Dale Vondrell began his new enterprise with a single watch repair bench, personal integrity, and a great vision for the future.

In the fall of 1975, Von’s expanded to ten times its size, opening the Cable Rd. location. In 1975 and 1978, Dale’s two sons, Dennis and Larry, joined the firm as Graduate Gemologists, educated at GIA in Santa Monica, Ca. A decade later the Findlay, OH location was opened.

When Dale retired in 1996, Dennis and Larry purchased the firm and a few years later expanded again, moving to our current 4000 sq. ft. facility on Elida Rd. Our Findlay location has moved to the Patriot Center, becoming one of the largest jewelry stores in Northwest Ohio.
